why is everything in korean????

so apparently blogger.com doesnt load in english in korea. what the heck is up with that? what if im not korean??? my comp doesnt even support korean text so its all like boxes...i cant read anything, i just hope im clicking the right links....its freaking annoying! bahhhhhhh
